As the name suggests, Holiday Elite is dedicated to providing our customers with Elite service, Elite product knowledge and Elite prices! “Holiday Elite act as agents for ATOL holders and other principles.”. 

Holiday Elite now has over 35 personal travel advisors throughout the UK, every one of which has vast product knowledge and many years of experience in the travel industry. In fact, we hand pick our staff and only those with the necessary attributes are accepted to work for us, and collectively we have over 500 years of experience!

 

 

We are members of ABTA (ABTA No. P6306) and we hold an ATOL Licence (6042) and operate as a member of the Freedom Travel Group which is part of the Co-op Group Travel 2 Holdings Limited. We will provide holidays services where we may act as your Tour Operator or your Travel Agent. This will be made clear to you before booking. When we act as Tour Operator your holiday will be booked using our ATOL licence and your Tour Operator will be Freedom Travel Group trading as Holiday Elite. When we act as your agent your contract will be with the Tour Operator, and their financial protection (if any) applies, the Tour Operator terms will be applicable , these will be provided prior to booking. Either way, all air inclusive packages are protected by the ATOL scheme of either our business or the Tour Operators.

destination may not be as strong as the legal requirements in this country. We will not however, pass any information

onto any person not responsible for part of your travel arrangements. This applies to any sensitive information that you

give to us such as details of any disabilities, or dietary/religious requirements. (If we cannot pass this information to the

relevant suppliers, whether in the EEA or not, we cannot provide your booking. In making this booking, you consent to

this information being passed on to the relevant persons.)

Usually your tour operator or other principal will pass this information onto their suppliers once we have provided it to

them. The tour operator or other principal's use of your information is subject to their policy, both in respect of your

booking and any future marketing, and is their responsibility. Please ask either us or them for a copy of this if you would
